Hi. I was so excited to walk into our house and the horrible smoke smell was gone! Hooray! Obviously all the walls, insulation, ductwork, etc. were gone - then they treat the remaining materials and voila - no fire smell! What a relief.
Todd and I are exhausted from looking at the myriads of things we need to put into our 'new' home. Now we need to make the decisions. We will be able to make some adjustments to our layout, and tweak some of the space to better suit our needs. That's exciting!
Things are going very well with our contractor. We are communicating well, and he is working hard and really moving things along.
Please pray that we will be wise with our decisions and purchases. It's hard to make choices sometimes. There's so much all at once!
God is still taking care of us.
